Went through the drive-thru it was very slow dining room was locked but people were eating inside finally got my order and they made my order wrong had to knock on the door several times finally a customer open the door for me employee was very rude even though my order was wrong remade my order and it was wrong again I've had so many bad experiences at this Burger King mainly employee issues getting my order wrong.And the food not being prepared correctly. The review needs to be a zero
I don’t usually leave negative reviews but I must. I was just simply trying to get breakfast and was told 10 minutes when drive thru is supposed to be open at 6am when I was there at 7am! Then she had the nerve to tell me drive around and park and wait 10 minutes because she didn’t want to hear the annoying ding ding every 2 minutes! How rude could of left that part that she didn’t want to hear that every 2 minutes it’s unprofessional. Maybe if you hate your job so much you should simply quit
Burger King's chicken nuggets are such a roll of the dice. One day, they'll be crispy on the outside, soft and steamy on the inside--practically heaven. Other days, they'll be overcooked, dried out, and hard as that lump of extra thick corn flour that you find in the bottom of a Tostitos bag. On this visit, the nuggies were a disappointment ?. The guy at the window also only gave me one sauce per bag, instead of two. I peeked in the bag, saw his error, and stared through the drive through window for quite a while until I got his attention and requested more sauces. Sure needed it for as dried out as they were.
I visited the restaurant and was the only customer at the drive-thru. I was asked to wait for service in a rude manner and waited for several minutes. I ordered a hamburger and a cheeseburger without pickles. The person who took my order seemed upset and in a bad mood, and was rude to me, even using foul language. However, the worker at the window was very nice and apologized for the behavior of the lady who took my order, who was also the manager. Some of my friends have also faced similar treatment at this location in recent months. It seems that the manager is not suitable for a customer service role. Despite this, the food tasted good.
