Flying Bridge Grill - St Pete Beach

When I saw the menu, I was very excited to try for my birthday dinner! Unfortunately, the service was absolutely terrible. We probably waited 20 30 minutes until someone welcomed us, then it was another hour until our food came, and then we got our check only 40 minutes after the end. We filled our own drinks from a container all night near the bar. I wanted to drink for my birthday, but I only saw the server enough to get the first drink before the meal came. Then I had to refill my own water from the container. They didn't look like they were under servants. It looked like they used not to cough. Our server was super nice? But there was a problem we saw? The sections were too large and they couldn't handle the volume. I'm so disappointed for my birthday dinner. It was great for the cook. No complaint from us. I wish there was a manager running this place.

I feel bad leaving such a negative review but I just can 't believe what we paid for very sub par food. For myself and my 10 12yr old boys, $120!!!!!!! Nothing extravagant ordered. Mozzarella sticks, fish tacos, shredded beef sandwich and ribs. 1 mich ultra and 2 virgin strawberry daiquiri 's. Waiter was nice. We had breakfast next morning at chick filet and my 10yr old said dad this is better than our $100 meal last night. Ribs were like rubber $36), and the fish tacos, the fish on both tacos wasn 't enough to fill one taco. They were tiny little nuggets. At $24 I would have thought there would be a little more. We 're still here at the resort but unfortunately will not return here to eat.

Staff was very nice, bartender's drinks were great (my wife and I had 1 apiece). My wife enjoyed her grouper sandwich but at almost $30.00, no it wasn't that good. I had a burger which at a $18.00 price point should have it least been a hand prepared patty not a processed frozen patty. Tomatoes and onions were past their prime and were just mushy. The kids grilled cheese meal was good I thought, but you don't jazz up kids meals with multiply kinds of cheeses. A kid usually will suffice with a plain jane style meal. Overall is it convenient when your staying on property yes. Was it worth 90.00 for lunch for 2 adults and 1 child, no not by a long shot.

Food was alright. The fries were cold and tasted like grease. Definitely wouldn?t eat here again. Prices are insane! $16.50 for a burger! The waiter was nice. The best thing was the free water! The seating outdoor was fairly nice. Don?t expect to see the ocean though.

Great atmosphere! Perfect location. You can sit inside or outside. Watch the sunset! Grouper sandwich was amazing! We went there two days in a row. Our waiter was extremely friendly and efficient. We had the flat bread too! It hit the spot. I asked for my fish tacos without the tacos and w chips and they were very accommodating!
