Bidrage med feedbackI'm absolutely thrilled with this Domino's location in St. Paul's, North Carolina. The service is incredibly fast and the staff is very polite. The food is consistently cooked to perfection and I always leave satisfied. Not only are they reasonably priced with great coupons, but they also offer fantastic rewards like discounts on future visits. I used to be a loyal Pizza Hut fan, but I haven't been back since trying Domino's over 6 months ago. I highly recommend giving them a try if you're in the area or passing through - you won't be disappointed!
I ordered dinner tonight over the phone. When I went to pick up my order, a staff member at the door claimed they did not have our order. Despite driving 10 miles, we were told the only way to place a new order was by phone. After returning home, I called back to the restaurant and was informed that the staff member had accused us of trying to place a new order after we had already left. I requested to speak with the manager to resolve the issue, but after being put on hold for 10 minutes, I was eventually hung up on. This kind of customer service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the business.
I received a call stating that my order could not be fulfilled and that the restaurant was closing at 7:20pm, just 20 minutes after I placed the order. The app indicated that they were still working on it, which is completely unacceptable. It appears that the store owner is not aware of the situation there.
By far the worst I have ever experience....gave them 3.5 hours to study 3 Large pizzas...I take my 30 min lunch break to find out the order they completed(using the pizza tracker)...wasn't even complete...they wanted to substitute it for garlic bread notan even trade at all...no wet floor sign or rug on the floor either and yes it was raining...a young girl in there flirting withco-worker...and I had to settle with what he gave me bc I only had 30 mins for lunch and I wasn't about to let them waste mybreak. Im on the fence about ever going back
Did an online order. When it was ready to pickup and I arrived, they gave my order to someone else. Then had to wait for them to remake my order and only offered a 2 liter drink. Then get home to find out they short changed my order. Called to address the issue, but only got a automated system that never connected me to anyone. Very unhappy and pissed.
