The Three Cooks - St Mary's St, Bungay

Well.... encouraged by the 5* reviews we were looking forwards to an authentic Thai experience ! What a let down. From sitting down to a dirty tablecloth tip don't lift the dirty tablecloth it reveals food debris on sticky wooden table to a very poor meal. The Thai green curry was neither green or authentic potatoes and rice ??? and the Chef's special was reheated. The serving and bar staff were obviously not to blame, the tablecloth was changed when I complained and my curry was deducted from the bill but.... what a let down PS I don't expect this poor review will be taken noticed of so we will vote with out feet Parking: Parking after 6

What an amazing little gem this is! Lovely beer garden, live music tonight was just what I needed to cheer me up, the staff are lovely and met some of the regulars. I will definitely be going here again for the music, it's just what Bungay needs a nice place to socialise Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The team there is fantastic, and the food is exceptional. The waitstaff and bartenders are truly remarkable—friendly, warm smiles that can brighten your day (unless you're a sourpuss looking to stir up trouble!). If you're seeking a delightful dining or drinking experience, this is the perfect place for you! I highly recommend it to everyone visiting Bungay. If I could give it 10 stars, I would gladly give it 20! As for parking, there is a small amount available opposite the beer garden, though I'm not certain if it's exclusively for guests. There's also some street parking in front of the building. Regarding accessibility, there is wheelchair access available at both the front and rear of the property.
