The Hut - St. Margaret Village

Tasty food, but make sure you have cash. The first night we didn't have enough and it was late, but they had no problem letting us take the food. We paid the next day, and ate there each day of our trip.

Good fish and chips, very good poutine, nice outdoor tables overlooking the harbor and the owners wonderful flower garden loaded with butterflies!

This was a good little spot for lunch after whale watching in town. Plenty of options for both seafood and non seafood lovers. My wife loved the crab roll and I thought the fish and chips (haddock) was nice in very light batter. Worth a stop for a quick lunch if you're in Bay St. Lawrence or the Meat Cove area.

They were extremely busy, so you know what that means, you must wait and get some of this food. It was served quickly and hot. Onion rings and Lobster roll was amazing. Price was fair for the amount of food that we got. MUST GO TO!!!

Not much competition in Bay St. Lawrence, but $20 for a lobster roll (no sides included) is a lot. Crab roll was $18. Seafood fillings were very good & plentiful, but the rolls were a bit stale (for the price, I expect fresher bread). The chocolate milkshake was very good.
