Sam's Steakhouse - St. Louis

Matt was our bearder and waiter and did an excellent job! Appetizers, salad, main course and desert all excellent. The Chilean Sea Bass and the Cowboy Steak were incredible. Very recommended for business or pleasure!

Our food took a good time to come, and when it finally did, it was lukewarm. My ribeye was very fat and subdued. Overall, it was a disappointing experience! Also our special opportunity (although indicated on our reservation) was not recognized.

Too bad to see how much Sams Steakhouse is downhill. It used to be so beautiful and so elegant. The service was terrible (and clear, the buses and servers are simply not well-trained), and there were only few things that fall apart in the whole restaurant (door lacked in bathroom stable, lamps with lamps out, bit unpatched holes in the wall, ceiling damage, really crumb artwork.... all small details that show that there is only no administration or supervision). Hostess was unclear, some of our articles were coming late to the table, server forgot a drink, bread never came, etc. Food was decent overall, but for $50 per person (and a $300 bill), I would expect better.

We were there for a 90th birthday it was the perfect round table for our group of five. We began with drinks and toasted ravioli very good! 4 ordered steaks and 1 salmon every dish was absolutely delicious the baked potatoes HUGE and yummy salad on mixed greens could have been cut smaller. The Best was our server Tyler, He was amazing, polite, impeccable timing, professional, service was a 10 . Oh and the bread was very very good!!
