Panda Express - St. Louis

We placed an online order and were disappointed to find that several items were missing. We ordered 12 wontons but only received 3, and we also ordered 6 apple pies but did not receive any. The veggie rolls were stale and not crispy, and the meat in my meal was unappetizing. The prices were high and it was frustrating to not receive our full order. Overall, we found the experience to be lazy and unsatisfactory.

Came here at 8pm to get food, don't like drive thru and prefer to get it inside. As soon as I pull up all the employees scatter and look away. I walked up to find the door locked and all of the employees facing the other way with one making eye contact and quickly looking away. I was not able to get food because they lock their lobby for no reason, no sign no nothing. Plane rude and disappointing. Their hours on the door say they close at 9:30 so why do they close the lobby? What's the point? Also they had plenty of employees just standing around.

I am extremely frustrated with this restaurant. The service is poor, everything about this location is subpar, and this is not the first time I have had a bad experience. I will be contacting your corporate office tomorrow to request a refund, as the staff here cannot seem to do their jobs properly. I hope that there will be consequences for the employees responsible for the poor service. I will provide corporate with the details of my visit, including the time and register number, in order to identify the employees who need to be reprimanded. I hope Panda Express takes action. I am not the only one who is dissatisfied with the service here. This will be the last time I give this Panda Express a chance.

I have never been to this restaurant before, but it seems like they do not have many items available. No matter what you ask for, they will tell you that it may be available hours later.

Drive thru only open at 2:30 in the afternoon. Ridiculous. Going elsewhere. Not everyone wants drive thru.
