Ihop - St. Louis

After about 30 minutes we'll finally wait for our food. Inconsistent when the place was busy, but there were two other customers there. Maybe it wouldn't be taken care of if our food was hot. Instead, our party of nine got all the food that was cold. 15% satisfaction automatically added because there is a party of 9. No problem if it had been disclosed before the order or if the service was worth that 15% satisfaction. Will never eat again at this place.

Hashbrowns are raw on the bottom not that only appetite. They have only one server and they do the best they can, I think.

I was very happy with my waitress and the food I served.

My Food was refunded tho.. thanks ? JUST in general: Pancake ? were more like grill cheese heavy.. Turkey links SUCK, in my opinion plenty of Local Food Distributors and companies that have better turkey sausage than that. They should be cooked sliced open. Kinda raw. No flavor . Bread Co. Is where I was headed I won't derail next time.

I WILL Never eat at this establishment ever!! My sisters and I had just got there and were waiting to be seating and an older blond lady told the lady that was taking names and seating whites only ?? the woman taking the names was just as shocked as we were. I have never been so hurt in my life ? denied breakfast on a Sunday just because of my skin color thats not okay. We left right after that comment was made. Something needs to be done ASAP!!
