Five Guys - St. Louis

Sometimes, I’ll announce I'm there for a specific order, and the staff just nods but doesn't grab the bag. It's infuriating! Waiting an extra three minutes feels like six because one person insists on micromanaging everyone. I understand the pressures of fast food work; I used to work at Five Guys, so I know the pay is low, but customers expect high-quality service, especially when the prices are inflated. It feels exploitative, and while I get it, I also deserve respect for my time as an Uber driver since I’m not paid by the hour. Waiting a few minutes for fries is one thing, but when everyone is stuck waiting for too long due to minor issues, it’s frustrating. So, when someone acknowledges me, please just turn around, check the name, and grab the order without delay. It's not that hard!

The burgers here are amazing, and the fries are the best I've ever had. The service is excellent, and the food is served hot and quickly. While it's not as inexpensive as McDonald's, you really can't compare a Cadillac to a Yugo!

Always great food! Fast service. It's over priced so we don't go there often but their burgers and fries are the best anywhere! Wish they would put their coffee milkshake back on the menu.

The bacon cheeseburger with the toppings of your choosing is a must try here. Nothing can go wrong with five guys. The food may seem a little pricey, but trust me, it's worth it.

The burger was excellent with its delicious toppings, although it was a bit on the pricey side. However, the medium fries offered great value for the price.
