Domino's Pizza - St. Louis

I had the most unfortunate experience that could have been easily rectified by issuing a credit for the toppings that I paid additional for but did not get. After contacting the company when I got home Tuesday April 16th around 8pm and check the food I was advised at 11:21 am ON THURSDAY that I have 2 hours after pickup to return the item in its original box to the store it was originally purchased from for a remake. The item cannot be missing more than 1 piece. I had no problem eating the poorly made pizza just that they stole my money for additional toppings and would not issue a credit for them. Now I unfortunately will not be purchasing from them again and will visit their MUCH BETTER QUALITY competition in the future. I guess it’s true, you get what you pay for. Off to a local business I go and all my friends as well.

Sat outside the drive thru window waiting to be acknowledged but then I realized there was a button to push. It would be nice if there was a sign! But the food was good and the service was fast and friendly, I will be ordering again soon

Great location! Food is always hot, fresh and tasty, crew is always friendly and helpful and the store is clean. I’ve always been pleased with my experiences here. Thank you for doing a great job!!

When the female is working, you can't see tbe tomato sauce on the pizza when the male is you can.
