Bidrage med feedbackTheir flatbread is among the best I've ever had, and I'd come back for it every time. The grilled pork chop was a beautifully presented dish—perfectly cooked, juicy, and delicate. The bread pudding, reminiscent of a Thanksgiving-style stuffing, was exceptional. The beef sliders were fantastic mini burgers, cooked to perfection with great toppings and incredible buns. This place truly is a gem and absolutely deserves a 5-star rating!
**Location:** I absolutely love the new spot! Both the interior and exterior are beautiful, and the abundance of windows is a huge plus. There were even adorable little baby succulents on each table as decoration, which added a charming touch to the overall ambiance. The dress code is quite casual. **Food:** I believe they may have expanded their menu. We started with the Brussels sprouts as an appetizer. I ordered the strip steak, my friend had the power bowl with tuna, and we shared a bread pudding for dessert. Everything was delicious, and I even enjoyed the leftovers the next morning! Each dish was spot-on, and I'm planning to order the same items next time because they were absolutely perfect. **Service:** We were seated right away, and our food arrived surprisingly quickly—I didn’t even think to take a picture before digging in! I managed to snap a photo of the bread pudding and a slightly messy shot of the menu to share (sorry about that). The waitstaff was incredibly helpful and frequently checked on tables beyond their assigned sections, which was a refreshing change; we didn't have to keep searching for service. At one point, I accidentally knocked over a glass, and it shattered everywhere. This was the first time I'd ever broken something in a restaurant, and I felt so embarrassed knowing I wouldn’t be able to clean it up myself. However, our waitress was exceptionally kind about it. I wish I had caught her name (she was wearing a red top that night, April 15). Overall, the entire dinner lasted maybe 45 minutes, as we left before closing. I highly recommend this place! Also, just to clarify, I don’t get paid for my reviews or receive gifts. I never mention I’m leaving a review—I'm just an average person who works Monday through Friday from 9 to 5 and enjoys good food.
I had the hazelnut-encrusted walleye, and it was cooked to perfection! Each night I visited, they featured a different fish. I also tried the salmon and the seabass, and all were beautifully prepared! The menu offers a variety of other delightful options as well. The service and dining experience are exceptional here. It's a cozy spot with a great atmosphere, and you don’t need to venture into the busy inner city of St. Louis for a wonderful meal, so definitely make a reservation!
The first time here and I'm blown away! our server lindsay was fantastic! very personal and delivered great recommendations. I have the laughs and my friend has the hunch with farro. This place was just DELISH... Awesome eatery outside the city. Bartender Ben is super knowledgeable and suggested two whiskeys to my hubby and he loved both. I had a dirty martini with a local vodka maneater and it was amazing, even the olives were delicious!! We ordered apps for dinner, Brussels which were the best I 've ever had. Poutine which had tender juicy meat and delicious but not too rich of a gravy. We also got the baked goat cheese and I 'm pretty sure that fried pita triangles have changed my life.... Hubby got bread pudding for dessert that pretty much tasted like a pancake and a cinnamon roll had a love child.. The atmosphere, staff, and food are all top notch here. I 'm so excited to have a place like this near and become a local and regular.
