Bidrage med feedbackI had terrible customer service. the barista was very rude and short with me. she was very unprofessional. about everything it was a really unpleasant experience.
Horrible service. The barista served the people behind me and gave them my drink, as I stood there waiting for it. I said something hey, I haven 't gotten my drink and I think that was my drink and she immediately had an attitude with me. She waved the man down and asked him to give me the drink. I said I didn 't want it after someone else accepted it and walked away with it, which he did. She said, thanks to the man for being cool about it.. yea, thanks for taking my drink. She remade it and I was reluctant to take it because they messed up and were being very rude to me about it, asking aggressively if I wanted my drink. I took it and as I suspected it was disgusting. I have a feeling that was intentional, but I 'm also sure it wouldn 't have mattered either way.
Asked for free birthday drink on my birthday today and showed the barista the proof of Starbucks reward as I’m a member, and he denied me a free drink as it “didn’t come up in the system” even though I’ve been a member for over a year, earn rewards and have my birthday listed on my account. I am very unsatisfied and will not recommend anyone visit this Starbucks. The customer service is very poor.
Pretty average Starbucks, they were nice and friendly and make your average Starbucks drinks. Their chai tea latte is pretty average as well. Although the wait can be a little long sometimes. Personally I am more a fan of buying coffee and making it at home but you do you.
I don't know if I'm just the last to know this but, I feel like this Target's Starbucks staff is trained differently than a regular Starbucks. I feel like if you ask for an iced coffee, there should be ice in it, right? Not at this Starbucks. The quality of care put into the drinks here is really not good.
