Jimmy John's - St. Louis Park

First time I ordered they called me to tell me they had no drivers and couldn't deliver. I still haven't gotten a refund. The second time I ordered I wait over a half hour, and I live across the highway, and they delivered a completely different sandwich. The order even had a different total and clearly wasn't mine. When they brought the new one they asked me for the wrong one which I had thrown in the trash. When I told the driver that it was in the trash he said he was told to bring it back.

Absolutely terrible experience! The staff were extremely rude, and they also lied about the delivery time. I waited almost an hour and a half for my food, and it still hadn't arrived. The tracker indicated there was an issue with my order! Furthermore, the staff were unhelpful and disrespectful when I called to check on my order. I won't be returning!

I have been ordering from this restaurant for about two years since it's conveniently located near my workplace. I'm puzzled by the low reviews because my experiences with both takeout and dining in have been consistently positive, and the food is always delicious. Total thumbs up for the tuna!

The service was incredibly fast, and the food was excellent. I was simply in the mood for a delicious sandwich, and I definitely got that!

Hurry. Very good. Now with huge sandwiches.
