Domino's Pizza - St Kilda

Great experience, had some lovely food. Service and food was spectacular. Monis was very understandable to our dietary requirements and very patient also. Can't wait to eat here again. Best dominos I've ever had in Australia.

Got an XL Chicken traditional last night (28/11/2022) from Domino 's in Fitzroy Street. At first I genuinely thought they 'd given me the incorrect pizza as for the life of me, I couldn 't see a single piece of chicken. Still not certain it was right but being not that fussy, I ate it anyway. I finished the pizza thinking to myself 'never again '...just due to the lack of topping, poor ingredients and shrinkage factor with what was supposed to be Extra Large??? In the wee hours of the following morning, I started feeling very, very ordinary and was rumbling, burping and gassing until I got up for work. From there I went into high temperature and diarrhoea. I only ate the domino 's and nothing else could have caused it. Victim of food poisoning....fairly likely. Not happy and still not well. Thanks Domino 's...not!

Terrible service! Waited for over an hour for my pizza to arrive. Called and was told it would be 5 minutes. Waited outside in the rain to call back, but no one answered the phone even though the shop is not supposed to close until 11pm. It seemed like there were staff inside but they were completely ignoring the phone. Avoid this place at all costs!

The ppl that work here are rude it took over an hour to get my pizza. They used to make “OK” pizzas but Fitzroy Street St Kilda Dominos has gone down, way down!

Poor customer service. ordered with the app and walked down in 10 min and waited another 10 before someone came to the counter, to find it wasn't done cooking. More like hadn't been started as I stood they waiting for another 15 min. finally got it and the pizza was ok. But I have eaten at other dominos that were much better.
