Jana Steakhouse - St. Johns

This restaurant was delightful and made for an enjoyable evening. The prices are quite reasonable, particularly considering the portion sizes; any hibachi meal comes with a bowl of miso soup and a salad. I ordered the veggie hibachi, which was very tasty, especially with the sauces they use. Our hibachi chef was friendly and entertaining as well. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and the teppanyaki experience.

The server was very pleasant and made sure our drinks were always filled. I ordered the shrimp tempura sushi roll and the filet mignon/steak combo with rice. My friend had the chicken tempura appetizer and the three-meat combo. Overall, the food was delicious, except for the salad with ginger sauce, which tasted old and expired. The steak was cooked to medium, just as I requested, which was perfect. We spent a total of $94.

DO NOT celebrate your birthday dinner here! I was served my sushi, soup, and salad all at once, and just five seconds later, my main course arrived. A few bites into that, they brought out my birthday dessert without waiting for me to finish (even though I asked them to). My daughter didn’t even get to order her dessert because we were rushed out the door. And no, it wasn't closing time; it was 8:30 on a Friday night! The food was good, but the service has made sure I won't be returning. Stick with Kan Ki instead!

Great place! Lots of parking, friendly staff and the place smells like yummy food. I was craving shrimp fried rice and it was delicious. Huge shrimps! The chicken set have delicious too. I will go back to try sushi next.

Boy oh boy did I enjoy my visit to JANA STEAKHOUSE! My wife has never picked a better spot. The food was phenomenal in presentation and taste! I was blown away. Loved or server. She was so fun and energized. It's so nice to see someone who doesn'thate their life when you're out for a good time. She made our night. Can't miss out on this spot! And if you're thinking ofgoing somewhere else for Japanese. You're messin' up. This is THE spot!
