Mcdonald's - St. James

I used to work at this establishment and I do gotta say it’s the worst one yet no one wears gloss. People are touching things all over the place and then touching fries. The manager is such a rude person. She should not even be a manager the way, she talks to people make people cry and then I had a baby and she wanted me to come back four days later five days later and I was ready till my daughter started having health issues and then she kindly let me Go, like how do you expect me to be at work when I had to be at Children’s Hospital and I told you that I wasn’t even supposed to be back to work but I was willing to come back because I knew they needed the help and she still let me go. This is the worst place I ever worked at my life and I honestly don’t recommend working under Morgan she is the most rudest person I ever met and shouldn’t be a manger especially the way she talks to people then flirts around with the little high school boys very inappropriate how she manages a business especially McDonalds she has a lot of growing up to do

If you like not getting your food and bad service, stop by here. Nobody was in the store and still mess up orders. Went through drive through the last couple times and still have to go in to get full/proper food. What a waste of time and space!!

They prefer to service 9 people behind me before I got my online order. I waited for over 27 minutes to never be serviced my food at all. I had to go inside with my Receipt just to prove that I paid for food that they didn't not give me.

Ordered on the app and went to pick it up 40 mins later and it took them almost 20 mins to get my order together for 3 sandwiches and 3 fries. I have never had a McDonald's take this long. Last time we came here they gave me a sweet tea instead of an unsweetened tea so I gave it to my kids. I don't think we will be back to this location.

I understand why this place gets low reviews…this is a quarter pounder…deluxe??
