Tesco Cafe - St Helens

Hi I came yesterday and was helped by chris who works at the fruit and vegetables department. I actually didn't get what I wanted, but he was still really helpful and went to the different sections of the load (all that I came for was spinat and a baby walker . as mother on motherhood they don't often leave out much to chat with someone so friendly and helpful was nice. I think his name was chris, I doubt now!

Tesco's cafe is always a friendly place to visit. Great staff.

I want to express my gratitude to Tesco for reaching out to me to check if I had mistakenly removed the turkey crown from my order. The person I spoke to was very kind, and I really appreciated their assistance. I highly recommend Tesco Groceries for their exceptional service throughout the year. I wish everyone there a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 2017!

I had a wonderful dining experience with delicious, hot, and freshly cooked food, complemented by a lovely staff. However, I did notice that it can be a bit understaffed at times, and the staff that are present seem to be quite busy. I was served by Jeanette, who was as delightful as ever. Given how popular the restaurant is, I believe they could benefit from hiring more employees.

I really love this café! The service is excellent, the food is delicious, and the staff is wonderful.
