Rendezvous - St. Helens

We visited here based on a recommendation and were not disappointed. I had no idea they served food. It's a live music venue, but they offer a Thursday night and Sunday steak lunch. My steak was perfectly cooked and was ridiculously good value for money. We returned the week after for a Sunday lunch and I can't complain. Beautiful starter you would expect to see in a fine dining restaurant, fresh and energetically quirky dessert for Sunday lunch. We will definitely be back.

Have eaten here a few times its always amazing quality and plenty of it. The staff are so happy in their job and proud and rightly so... the themed nights are excellent too. Yeah it's a pub that has bands on and its not a fancy looking restaurant but the food quality and price is outstanding try it once you ll love it. Wish I did nt work so many Sundays so I could go more

Appearances can be deceiving, not somewhere you expect to fine quality food but it doesn't disappoint. Fresh and seasonal menu that changes weekly. From seafood to game, its even popular with vegans as everyone is catered for. Best kept secret in town

Yet another fantastic Rendezvous lunch.....superb menu as always. I ordered the sea bass starter and rib eye steak and frites for main. Served with a delicious creamy peppercorn sauce and salad. Super food and super service.
