Mctucky's Hut - St. Helens

The food from the delivery service was terrible, completely burnt! It's unbelievable that they would even consider serving this. It shows a lack of respect for customers to think it's acceptable to serve something so overcooked. It was inedible.

I placed an order at 6:30pm and was told it would take an hour. By 8:00pm, the order still hadn't arrived, so I called again at 8:30pm and was told the driver was on their way. The order finally arrived at 9:15pm, but we had already decided to go elsewhere for food.

I visit this restaurant every time I go out, and they are always delighted to see me and greet me with a smile. The food is consistently fresh and served warm. The staff at McTuckys are friendly and welcoming, always ensuring that I leave satisfied as a customer.

Harrible place ! Found better place guys. Dont order from thys discusting kebab ! Ihhhhh never again tuckys : No even sos or any lettece

Made an order over the phone. Waited 50 minutes. Order arrived snd food was missing. Phoned up the shop and after I explained that food was missing they just hung up on me. Poor after service and very rude
