Pieology Pizzeria - St. George

My wife and I have eaten here a few times and it has been fine… In early January we went there for a pizza… Everything was wrong… The pizza dough would not make the dough in a normal pie shape… They burned our pizza and offered us another one… When it finally came out it was also burned. The soda machine was out of order… There were no napkins… The garbage was overflowing… It would actually be funny if it wasn’t true.. I reached out twice, wrote to the email at corporate and to Tammy.. no reply … – show

I love eating here! They offer Daiya vegan cheese so I got to have a fresh baked pizza with cheese for the first time in 7 years! This is my go-to pizza place, even living 20 miles away. Speaking of, Pieology, please read this and open a Hurricane location! I'm begging you! This place has indoor and patio seating, they offer online ordering (however not for us daiya cheese people), and a rewards system.

This is still my favorite “make your own” pizza place. Their toppings are fresh and delicious and their staff is friendly and helpful. Love it!

Finally tried out Pieology and the pizza tasted amazing! Also loved the Ooey Gooey Cheesy Garlic Bread. Hopefully they’ll open a location in Northern Utah someday.

Very Gluten and dairy free friendly, I was impressed. I got the gluten free pizza crust with dairy free cheese. The employee who made my pizza was very aware of cross contamination. Made mine first, changed gloves, told me a toping I asked for had traces of gluten in it. They cooked the pizza on a rack so it doesn't touch the bottom of the stove. The pizza was very good! One of my favorite GF crusts so far, not to crispy.
