Always loved the refried beans and chili rellenos. The enchilada sauce is homemade and 'Paula 's own recipe. Its really great, as is the salsa. It 's a fun place.
Great food, with a really nice selection of food. The service is always wonderful and the servers pleasant and helpful. Paula’s is always clean and cheerful with a colorful Mexican flavor to the decor! Love dining here and the view is magnificent!

We ordered chili Verde and it was literally gray and tasted like it was straight human. I took two bites and the waitress had an attitude and I said it was not good. She did not offer a discount or anything, and then got pissed off at me and said, I did not need to be rude to her because the food was not good and told me not to come back. They did not offer a discount or anything when I did not eat any of my food. The waitress then said no need to tip me just please don’t ever come back. That would be the complete definition of insanity to go back or the food is gray, and tasted like the whole bottle of cumin was poured
Ate here a couple of nights ago and I must say we were unimpressed. It reminded me of the mexican food I ate in the 70s. Bland, spice less and smothered in grated cheddar, shredded iceberg lettuce and chopped tomatoes. It 's to bad really, with their location and an upgraded menu it has real potential. I must say however that the people working were quite nice.
Best tex mex in town. This place has been in business for 50 years I believe now.
