Firehouse Subs Red Rock Commons

Italian sub was good. My friend had the brisket. In the Dixie Direct book (for locals) 'free small sub with purchase of A sub, chip drink. ' IT DOES NOT SAY you have to buy a medium or larger sub. I brought that to their attention and they said that was their 'protocol. ' Beware no masks here while making your food.

The most delicious sub I've ever had. Was so excited to have firehouse come to St George.

Food was delicious and the staff was super friendly! Julie made my sandwich and she did an amazing job! Would give 6 stars if I could!

So the food was good as usual, and I understand that the short staff is everywhere a problem and you need to take what you get, but five very young employees on a Sunday evening without supervision it has falling knits. The boy who took our order also made our sandwiches as well as two other orders, while two girls turned ice in buckets and when it died down another boy and one of the girls came out to chat with their two friends give them free drinks and then helped them both with an order that wash without the hands before they treat the food and high fiving one of the friends over the counter with gloves in the middle of making the customers. Trash full, water bucket left of the lids and straw, put on the helmet of the firefighter who sits for decoration, talk about how they get such a high discount only for wearing, phones from air pods in, running around with friends before you go for the night... Just wow. I know it's a sandwich shop, but where is the professionalism?

Not clean, wrong order, immature/unprofessional staff order food for delivery during the clock and fly. Please call the Health Department. Don't go to dinner.
