Service was slow, and food was cold when we received it.

Was trying to talk to the manager he seemed disinterested and was walking away during conversation. It was slow very few customers. The server/ bartender Lee did the same thing they went and hung out in back.

I started my night, lonely and hungry. Chili’s was in my gaze. Entering this fine establishment I was greeted with a kind smile and a warm voice. I was sat at a clean booth and my wonderful server Spencer greeted me and took my order with pure pleasure and he knew I was ready to din. I ordered a medium rare steak with mash potatoes and broccoli. He brought it out with a smile and was too kind to me. This young strapping man understood my needs and once I finished my meal departed to my vehicle it was him who left a lasting impression thank you Spencer and chilis ?‍?‍?

Went there with friends. The service was great. The server was very attentive to our needs.
