Hardee's - St. Cloud

The dining experience was excellent and quick. There's a really nice staff member working there, although I'm not sure of his name. He is very friendly and a genuinely kind person.

I placed an order through DoorDash for a restaurant that was listed as open until 8 o'clock. Unfortunately, the order was cancelled after about ten minutes because the restaurant had closed. I checked Google, which indicated that they were open, but when I called the restaurant directly, they confirmed that they were closed.

I would give this restaurant zero stars. My experience tonight was unbelievable. I was made to wait, then when they finally took my order, they said my total was in the window. There was only one car in front of me, but it still took at least 15 minutes to reach the window. When I got there, they accused me of having the wrong order. I never got my food. After about 20 minutes of this disaster, I left empty-handed and went to the new Hardee's at the Love's gas station. It was an absolutely perfect experience. I will save time and go there in the future.

He waited for almost 30 minutes to eat for 2 people and paid almost $35. there were apologises about the intake of foods, and apologise was that they had a new cook?! christus, could be to applebees and oaid the same for much better food, service and faster

The poor guy had to cook the order take the order and walk it out to our truck because the manager had to have a meeting in the lobby in front of all the people waiting! Great job to the employee, shame on the manager!!!
