KFC - ST CLAIR

How does KFC run out of chicken? This would have to be the worst KFC around if they haven't run out of chicken one of their machines isn't working.

I am so wary of going to this KFC. I have emailed feedback on the form and never head anything back. There is always a long wait and the staff seem too busy being social with each other to concentrate on getting your order right. Even the managers don't seem to care. I could give so many examples of where they get it wrong but I don't think it would do any good as staff and management here don't care about customer feedback. They put the wrong food in your bag, don't give you less than what you pay for, serve cold food, always cold chips! and are usually indifferent to the fact that customers work hard fortheir money too. Go to a different KFC or get something else.

The chicken at KFC St Clair, has always been great, hot and fresh.However you will have to wait.Don't make the mistake of going inside to order, always use the drive through. Even if the drive through queue is 1k long, get on it, as you will be home eating your KFC before the people get served waiting inside.If you plan to eat in, go through drive though, park your car and walk in with the food given to you through the window.Yes, it is that bad for walk in customers.The chick is fantastic though. KFC is not cheap either.

Its KFC so what do you expect. More often than not the food is good and service is always on point. Would recommend

We have been there twice and both the times the staff has been able to screw up the order. On top of that chicken wicked wings were cold as on both the occasions. To top it up, the chicken had hair to which the staff said it was normal. You guessed it right.. the next day both I and my wife suffered from food poisoning.
