I ordered in the app and they just put the last sliffe on the sandwiches when I arrived. everything was just as ordered and they don't forget to put in the side of avocado I ordered. I can't tell them how many places the little dinge forget and it's really gross, especially when they pay extra for it. they were super friendly and efficient. the sandwiches tasted great. I am surprised by the 2 star average, it was not reflecting for my experience at all. keep the big service.

Extremely rough. when I opened the door to go in a worker, speed is to walk to the door to drive out a turkey sign, but she did it when I opened the door and pushed the door back to me ok whatever. then, as I go into I am not greeted up to about a minute and it is someone all the way back in the only say how they are. when the older lady comes into register and has the worst attitude that looks dirty, as if she is looking at her like in such an inconvenience.
They aren't as freaky fast but the sandwiches are still excellent. My family is a fan of this location, and even request it for school field trip lunches. We use the mobile app and have never had an issue with the sandwiches being made wrong.Our recent order was for a BLT and Italian Night Club for a school field trip to Greenfield Village. I had to pick them up the day before and they weren't soggy after 16 hours.It was clean. The employee was apologetic since my order wasn't ready for pickup.
Very disturbing experience. The last week of June 2022, a manager at this location named Jenny (very dark brown hair, septum piercing and tattoos) made loud, racially insensitive comments about her (non present) black coworker or peer and even used her full name (Gabby can 't recall last name). Manager Jenny continued to make racially derogatory comments loudly and mocked said black person while making her fellow (at least seven) white employees laugh all doing it in front of black patrons. When I called to speak to the manager, manager Jenny refused to apologize, stated she did nothing wrong and hung up on me. It was very upsetting. Still waiting for Jimmy John 's response.
