Fazoli's - St Charles

We usually like Fazolis, but this property needs help. The carpet is worn and dirty with wear spots everywhere, color on the ceiling breaks from old water damage. Bathrooms are like a gas station. I didn't help us wait almost an hour for food. The cook was apparently new. The food itself was well prepared, and the woman who brought us our food was really nice and gracious.

Service was very welcoming please tip . Pictured here is the Baked Italian Meatballs, I ate one prior to the photo. Soooo good! Mozzarella and provolone mix, soooo good. And they toss in those melt-in-your-mouth bread sticks, soooo good! Restaurant was kept very clean. Will be going back!

Megan at 5910 was exceptional. help us get our order, it brought with fresh parm, all nine yards. felt like an almost food restaurant classic fancy Italian place

Tonight there was a great service and good food. the type that works tonight behind the counter went beyond and beyond to make sure our family had a great service. also brotsticks were delicious tonight.
