Tim Hortons - St. Catharines

The service is terrible, and the food is always sloppily put together, often being either lukewarm or incorrect. The interior is unappealing, and the staff appear disinterested in their work and are frequently rude. The machines are often broken, preventing customers from getting what they want. This is the worst Tim Hortons I have ever experienced.

You order a combo for a soup and sandwich and they charge you individually for each item. After arguing with them at the drive thru, they figured it out. I still beleive I paid too much, but was frustrated at that point.

The drive-thru experience at this restaurant was not pleasant. The employee working the drive-thru was rude and unhelpful. She switched with another employee halfway through taking my order and didn't bother to ask why I was waiting or if I had received all my items. When I told her I didn't get my food, she started asking all the workers there. She handed me the wrong receipt and didn't provide any information on what would happen with my order. Eventually, she told me to pull over to the side without explaining further. Frustrated, I decided to walk inside the restaurant to wait for my food. Unfortunately, I overheard her complaining about me and refusing to bring out my order. The lack of communication and unwillingness to listen to my concerns left me confused and disappointed.

I stopped by for a quick coffee and break. The restrooms were clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Mmmmm Tim Hortons coffee cannot go wrong with an XL double double !!! Bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese. Would go back to this location super fast and the order was right !
