Tim Hortons - St. Catharines

Tim Hortons is always a fantastic choice! The atmosphere is wonderful, and the coffee is consistently excellent. They have great deals, like 40 Timbits for just $10. Plus, their sandwiches are really impressive!

Each time I get coffee from this place, it consistently tastes burnt. I’m not alone in this opinion; my friends have mentioned that they feel the same way.

The place felt quite unsafe. My friend and I were genuinely concerned about possible robbery or violence. There were individuals sleeping on the curbs, and you need to buzz in just to access the bathroom. I noticed a syringe disposal box in the washrooms, which added to the unease. They might as well provide bulletproof vests for customers. On a positive note, the staff were great; however, the exterior of the building was very off-putting.

Wish i could give none. Will not return to this location. Ordered a cinn raisin Bagel with plain cream cheese. Ended up getting old crusty lettuce in the cream cheese.What other things are being missed and cross contaminated... young woman in the morning was very nice about the issue. Then went back in the afternoon since I was close by. This was about 140 pm. Well the next woman was tired and maybe at rhe end of her shift. Was not kind had excused saying that it's just lettuce no lettuce or other food should be in cream cheese it's white lettuce is green) and we it was the morning and we were busy. It's Tim's of course your busy all day. Anyways wont be returning. Good luck to anyone going here.

Fantastic staff and always great service. I'm here several times a day before and after work and the staff is always pleasant and helpful.
