The Works - St. Catharines

Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, it is important to support our local businesses during these challenging times. The restaurant did a great job with our order for pick up, ensuring everything was sanitary and the staff were wonderful. The food, as always, was delicious!

I really enjoyed my experience at this restaurant. Although the burgers were a bit expensive, they were much better than your typical fast food burger. There were many different varieties and delicious aromas to choose from. I left feeling completely satisfied and full. Overall, it was a very good dining experience.

My wife, I was at The Works several times as it is a short walk from our house in downtown. This is convenient because the parking lot in the city center can sometimes be a problem. That said, once you're inside, it's worth the...output as The Works can introduce almost any kind of Burger lover. My wife is vegan and I avoid meat as much as possible, so we are home with the veggie Burger options or the new Beyond Beef Burger. The beautiful thing is that you can have whatever patty you want with the countless topping variations available so that non-meat food will never feel hard by. The sides are also plentiful, with my special favorite being the sweet potatoes. My wife loves the onion rings. But if you want perfectly damped Broccoli, which is also available. Service is always quick friendly and the music really adds the fun atmosphere. It can be loud at peak times and lineups are not unusual, but it is worth it!

Last night my husband's daughter and I went to dinner all the staff were very friendly and happy and attentive. The GM was great that we noticed how he never stopped supporting his staff and came by to make sure everything was good. Will go back... safe!!!! Wendy N

About 30 minutes to get in. Service was slow. Food quality was off they were likely too rushed in the kitchen. Manager did thank us on our way out. We'll go again but not right before the start of the Ice Dogs game.
