Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

My husband and I went out for dinner at one of our favorite affordable restaurants, Swiss Chalet. Our server, Taylor Pilon, greeted us with a smile, took our order, and ensured our needs were met throughout the meal. Her friendly personality made our dining experience enjoyable, solidifying Swiss Chalet as one of our go-to spots for a meal.

This restaurant review is very confusing. While some Swiss chalets offer a 10% discount on your bill, others give you a free appetizer or dessert, but only if you buy two entrees. Unfortunately, being alone and eating alone does not qualify you for a free offer. Swiss Chalet should recognize that individual customers also have rights.

My mother has her favorite place for chicken last week for lunch here. The waiting staff was friendly and helpful and the food was served hot and tasty. Prices were also reasonable.

What an experience I had with this restaurant today, I have to comment. I was concerned about ordering Swiss chalet because of the lack of positive reviews I see, but I am here to keep silent! Swiss Chalet (Glendale Ave) has overcome service there...and food quality to the maximum!! I ordered Deluxe family package, 4 pages, 4 reels, 2 apps and donuts and a Rib Combo order. I couldn't believe the quality she brought to my attention. I had no complaints. my rib was spot on grill brands were a bonus chicken was great. sooo juicy. Love the skin!!!! Pommes were the best just because you can say, made fresh. big difference. Spring rolls are surprisingly good. about it from the Donuts were such a pleasure Swiss Chalet Glendale, you have surpassed yourself and my family thanks to you. You have our attention. We're coming back!

After receiving an email stating that Swiss Chalet was now the official restaurant of Team Canada, I decided to give it a try. It had been a while since my last visit, but I love their chicken. I ordered a family pack which included chicken, 4 sides, 4 rolls, and utensils. Unfortunately, the chicken was dry and cold, and the baked potato seemed to have been sitting out for a while. There was no gravy for the mashed potatoes, but we received an extra soup instead. The only thing that was hot was the soup, but even then it tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. We picked up the food at 4:39 in the afternoon, so it should have been fresher. Overall, I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the food.
