Mcdonald's - St. Catharines

I'm usually really polite but that was a pathetic experience.I waited 25 min. Paid $12 for a double quarter pounder. It had 1 scraggly pickle, onions and a pinky finger amount of ketchup and looked like they threw it in the box from 29 feet away.I ordered other things but that was insulting

Fast and efficient, this is my breakfast place of choice. In and out under 6 minutes.

I have visited this restaurant multiple times through the drive-thru and consistently, they make me pull over to wait in the designated area. During my recent visit, I waited for over 20 minutes along with 5 other cars, and when I finally received my food, it was cold. This location definitely needs a makeover or more employees on staff. It seems to be the only location where you can expect to be asked to wait in the parking area every time you use the drive-thru.

Came in here with my friends and just witnessed food being made with NO GLOVES!? On top of that, rubbing their noses and face and playing with the food. Absolutely DISGUSTING. The food was not fresh. Health and Safety needs to see this. ??

It's a McDonalds. The nicer one in St Catherines being by Brock and all. Same ole fast food as always.
