Edible Options - St. Catharines

The food at this restaurant is incredible! They offer gluten-free options and many vegan choices, with high quality and tasty products. Unlike store-bought baked goods, everything is fresh and homemade with care. From donuts to bread, cookies to bagels, tarts to squares, and bars to cupcakes, this bakery is a must-visit. The staff is also very friendly.

I recently dined with two close friends who both have celiac disease. We ordered a loaf of freshly baked white bread and we all agreed that it was the best gluten-free bread we have ever tasted.

Never thought gluten-free could taste so good. Love the diversity and the staff is always so pleasant. Go on!

Having recently been diagnosed with Celiac disease, everyone said be thankful because there are so many more gluten-free options now than there were 20 years ago. Although that may be true, the options were varied, but they weren 't that edible. My sister in St. Catharines...told me about Edible Options and I couldn 't believe it when I tried their white bread. Without a word of a lie, it brought tears to my eyes. Here was a white bread that tasted soooo similar to the mass-produced grocery store loaves of white bread that I had been used to consuming. Another must try is their focaccia! I now readily make the one hour drive to pick up what I need for the next week or two, and don 't think twice about it. Bless you Jennifer, and thank you! See you next week.
