Dairy Queen-Brazier - St. Catharines

The owner was aggressive, abusive and humiliating. I asked for prices and no straight answers that they advertise products they do not have. When I set my limits on verbal abuse, the owner called the cops. When I asked him to repeat himself, he said... he doesn't have to and does not want for adults. The cops were great and advised me that the owner often does.

I went to this place since I was a child, but the newest owners and employees handily ruined this franchise. If you had a strong smell of B.O., you should have gone to the face. I ordered... my usual Ultimate Burgers who burned completely, cold and bun stale. Absolutely impossible. I had heard the word of the mouth, this place must be a failure. I wish I had listened.

MINT orders Oreo blizzards. For cheesecake extra paid. delivered after 80 minutes. called several times, but no one answered.

Great tasting Ice Cream Cakes! I always buy our birthday cake here. Everybody loves her. A bit expensive, but it's great to see everyone eat happy.

Saturday 9:00 p.m. went in for a milkshake. Are they even aware there is a pandemic? No masks, no gloves, and in the 20 minutes I was standing there, only one of 6 employees washed their hands... and that was only a quick rinse (probably...to get sticky off). No social distancing enforced. People come in as they want and stand right behind you. There's sauces and toppings spillage all over the place.. looked liked their work counter hasn't been cleaned in 5 hours. Witnessed the cashier (who handles cash) , walk over and dispense an ice cream cone , then handing it to the customer. When I finally got my milkshake, it was a pink milky substance, no thickness at all. Pink milk is not very appetizing and not worth $7.09 (short changed me 10 cents on my refund) I'm calling the health inspector first thing Monday morning. They should be fined for the vulgar and unhygienic practices. I worked in a Dairy Queen as a teen in Simcoe..... What I witnessed in this 20 min. was disturbing. Stay AWAY from this location if you don't want to be up all night sick from a food-born illness!
