Burger King - St. Catharines

I placed an order online and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. When I arrived at the drive-thru, there were 4 cars ahead of me. It took 15 minutes to reach the window, only to be informed that I would have to wait another 6 minutes. I expressed concerns about my food sitting under a heat lamp and requested to speak to a manager. I was asked to pull around. After waiting for 20 minutes, I finally received my food (1 hour total from ordering to leaving) and the manager was too busy to speak with me. Unfortunately, most of the lunch was congealed and lukewarm, so I ended up throwing it away. I will not be returning to this location.

Poor quality food. whopper reheated cold and tasted like cleaning product. veggie burger cold, and cheese not melted on it. no marinara sauce at this location. i will abstain from burger king for a while now that the food made me nauseous.

The restaurant was nice and clean. It took almost 10 minutes for the staff to realize there was a line forming. Unfortunately, the coffee I ordered was the worst I have ever had and I had to wait 10 minutes for it.

I had my best time here. Food is well packed and the people at the store are friendly.

Very friendly, clean and great value! Service is usually quick with a short line at the counter, especially at breakfast time. Hours are great early morning to late night!
