A&W - St. Catharines

Service was unbelievably slow.Waited 15 minutes for my order and wound up late for work. The quality of service at this location has plummeted

Ordered onion rings...they were cold and soggy. Not what I expected from an A&W.

Usually really enjoy this location. Ate a teen burger and poutine today and felt sick immediately after. I threw up in their bathroom for about 10 minutes and continued to get sick in their trash can out front. None of the staff cared comp my meal LET ALONE check on me.

I just stopped at the St.Paul location. First of all it was 8 p.m. and the door was locked. Went to the window to order and was told there was a sign that said closed at 7:30, there wasn't secondly I don't mind paying for my food but what the heck. The onion rings were half cooked and my daughters wrap had 1 square inch of lettuce on it and my burger was cold. I'm tired of paying for terrible food and service.

Went trough drive trough , by the time i got to the serving window ,my food was ready , waiting for me .
