Chung Hing - St Austell

We have been here for years Chinese, it was not perfect, but the best we found in st austell. it has recently changed property, we carefully ordered last night after the negative reviews. so glad we made it! all the dishes were as good or better than before. the sauces were met and missed earlier, but we are all beautiful yesterday evening, especially the Satay sauce.

Food was nice, and we enjoyed it. The Singapore fried rice was nice and spicy with loads of veggies, prawns and pork. I'm not used to having Singapore fried rice with loads of veggies, but I did enjoy this. I love the salt and pepper ribs, very tasty and spicy, just the way I like it. The ginger chicken and fried rice was also delicious and my partner enjoyed and ate them all. I would order again from this shop if I visit St Austell again.

Always our go to chinese but had a change of management recently so not sure what to expect. Only good changes as food was as good if not better. Slight taste alterations as you would expect but just as tasty as we had before. Food was piping hot when collected and ready when they said for collection. Friendly staff both on the phone and when at counter.

During our trips to China over the past few years, we've always been extremely pleased with every dish we've tried. The food is fantastic each time, and the sauces are exceptional! If you're in search of a new Chinese restaurant, we highly recommend this one—it also offers great prices!

The food was absolutely delicious, and the prices are very competitive. I'm sure we'll be coming back!
