Kingfish Grill On The Water

There are a lot of options for outdoor seating at this restaurant. Inside, there is seating as well as a bar and a sushi preparation area. The bathrooms were clean. The server was friendly and took our order promptly.

My husband and I shared the Captain's Platter, my son ordered the Alfredo, and my other son got the Shrimp Platter. The appetizers were also delicious. Additionally, there was a live band performing at the restaurant.

The restaurant is in a great location with a lovely atmosphere. We visited with a large group and were able to enjoy our meal outdoors with a beautiful landscape and views of boats and water. The food was exceptional, especially the fried Ziegenkäse appetizer. The fish dishes, such as the mahi with Thai-chili sauce, as well as the fresh raw oysters and crab legs, were all deliciously prepared. We celebrated a birthday and the staff made a special ice cream sandwich cake for the birthday boy and handed out ice cream sandwiches to all the children. The servers were also attentive and great.

The restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere. Although we initially wanted to sit outdoors, we opted for indoor seating due to the heat. We arrived at 4 o'clock when they first opened and were promptly seated. The restaurant was already busy at that early hour. The parking space in front of the restaurant is small, but there are two other parking options nearby. Our waitress was prompt and very friendly, which we appreciated. My partner enjoyed the redfish special, remarking that it was perfectly cooked. I ordered the fish sandwich, which was tasty. Additionally, they served a small warm bread basket with our meal.
