Bidrage med feedbackCulinary outfitters is a winner. Bravo cook! The food is delicious, the view is beautiful, the and the breeze from the water and two-track lights above offer the perfect ambience for a fantastic culinary experience. My favorite thing on the menu must be the fried deviled eggs. Don't go away without trying.
March 2021 Update......we have been in this wonderful restaurant several times since my original post....Culinary outfitter...In my humble opinion, the best restaurant in the Augustine period is. Wonderful atmosphere wonderful food and amazing staff not to impress my wife and me. New appetizers always get the DIESE party started.... This past weekend I had a cowboy porkchop, never seen before, but hope to see again many times just delicious. Keep the great work Chase, Larry and the whole team here. We'll be back soon. Original post May 2020 My wife and I agree, Culinary outfitters can be the best new restaurant in all St. Augustine. Everything from Ambiance, staff, chefs and last but not least the food was just amazing. A must for everyone who loves caulity food and atmosphere.... Actually, there would rather be 2 stars, only so that there won't be too full although....
Nice setting for lunch. It was fun to watch boats being lifted out of the water to be worked on. Outside socially distanced tables were great. Our food was good. Cucumber drink was delicious!
Busy little Restaurant with an Industrial feeling. Services and Food overall good. Lobster Roll tasty but pricey for the portion you getting. Steak frites little overcooked and the Chimichurri Sauce to over powering. Wednesday Rib Special and the Salmon Appetizer excellent. Crab Cake could be better, very dry. Overall very good, the biggest problem is parking. The restaurant moved to a new and much bigger location. Love the new restaurant, beautiful and welcoming atmosphere. But the food need more attention. Shrimp and grits $25) 7 each 26/30 shrimp around 3 oz. well seasoning over a thin and runny grits accomplished by an under seasoning greens. Nicoise Salad $18) nice portion of seared Ahi Tuna, served with a large portion of mixed greens, only 2 pieces of pickled green beans, green olives, cherry tomatoes, sliced eggs and sherry vinaigrette. Forgot to put on the fingerling potatoes. Definitely not a Nicoise salad. Ok ok
Culinary outfitters is really an experience. The atmosphere, attitude and outlook are amazing and from the moment you enter the place, you will know that this is the real thing. This restaurant should be there with the top water restaurants throughout North East Florida. The view of the sunset here is breathtaking. The food was amazing and the dinner menu was varied enough for all palates. The price was also quite reasonable and the shares were also generous. There were also enough parking spaces. They do not accept reservations, so they plan accordingly. We went on a Saturday evening right before sunset at 7:00 and waited only about 40 minutes, although it is said that it can be up to 1 hour and 30min. It was a very nice surprise. The waiting time was also very easy because you can order drinks and either sit in the waiting firefield or walk around and enjoy the view and landscape and take photos. This is a great photo op place! Dress up and go with a date, family or friends and take some photos.
