County Road Provisions - St. Augustine

County Road Provisions has the best BRISKET in town, we have been to many food trucks and restaurant to try Brisket but no one can compare to County Rd Provisions. Mike's really do make the best Brisket there is.

Best Texas BBQ I have had since I lived in Texas! Fantastic food!!!!

Texas style brisket is good as anywhere you'll get in Texas. He makes his own sausage that's great. One of the things that's crazy is his smoked turkey. It is fantastic, always moist and smoky. His pulled pork, pork chops and pork ribs are great too.The jalapeno potato casserole (JPC) is a great side dish that I've never had anything like at any other place. Sometimes we getsandwiches, sometimes we get meat by the pound but we're always happy either way. Usually he always has brisket and pulled porkand rotates one or two the other meat in. The best way to follow is his Facebook page: County Road Provisions. He sells out alot of days by 1:30 or 2:00. P.m. It's best to order ahead, especially if you're going to be placing a big order

Michael Brooks makes the BEST BBQ ever! He catered a party for me and everyone wanted to know who and where he was. The meat is smoked to perfection and beyond delicious, plus Michael is a super nice guy who wants to do his business right and he does,big time. Can't go wrong with County Road Provisions. Thank you Michael!

This is the best brisket I have had since I moved to Florida from Texas. Very happy to have this in our town. I tried the brisket sandwich and it's plenty of food with a small side. The meat is amazing with alot of flavor and moisture. I stronglyrecommend this place. I wanted to try the Jalapeño cheese sausage but they were out but they did say they are making some thisnext week.
