Chipotle Mexican Grill - St. Augustine

Chipotle you’ve done it again, I can’t quite figure out what the perfect storm is that makes this particular chipotle so bad. Every time we go it’s something just weird. They always forget your salsa and a few of the workers talk to you like you’re a toddler but hey that’s to be expected, that just adds to the color and charm of this establishment. But this time, I’m a bit bewildered. My boyfriend found a whole avocado skin in his bowl… how does this happy guys? Let’s work to make this better. Together. I want you to succeed. Thank you.

My family and I dine at this location several times a month, but have been disappointed the last couple times with the cleanliness and not being able to order the cooked veggies/peppers. I was in today before 5pm and was told they don't have veggies today. I questioned if they sold out early or just didn't make them. I first was told unsure if are out or just don't have them, then was told from someone else that they don't have them to make then at check out was told they ran out. I feel it might be time to find another alternative. Thank you

They make it so different here then in California. One thing in common tho is they never wrap the burrito right for you. Corporate needs to reteach everyone how to do this. Plus placing the layers wrong. Many times the sour cream is at the bottom of the burrito. Ug

Idk what’s up with this chipotle but it’s trash. This is a pic of a two burritos, comparable toppings, made by the same person. And best yet, they’re rolled sideways! Spend your hard earned at Taco Bell and skip that 2.55 tablespoon of guac.

I ordered a steak salad today. The steak is in abnormal large chunks and filled with mostly fat and griddle. It is hurting my teeth to chew it and it's obviously OLD meat!!! I've been a chef more many years... Hard to chew because the meat is old and also a bad grade. And half of my greens are yellow and this isn't restaurant quality and some of the rice isn't fully cooked!!! WTH is going on over there in your kitchen?????
