Barley Republic - St. Augustine

The food was delicious. I have the veggie curry bowl that was so delicious! Great vegan option. Many restaurants are not very accommodating, but they are. The waiting staff could give me options, and even offered to adjust some of the menu items so that they would be vegan friendly. I was very impressed. My friend got her potato biscuit soup, pork sliders and fried Oreos, and although I couldn't eat anything of it, it smells so tempting.

Have eaten here with the family and had a nice time. Good waiting staff got our food out in 25 minutes. We have to start the pig bell sliders that were amazing. But the fish? Holy Moly. Crispy and light, perfectly fried, easy to pick up with your hands and dip into your homemade tartaric acid sauce - no fork or knives required. Everything was hot from the fryer and great.

This place is great! Cool copper bar. The fish and chips are the best around! Poutine was awesome. Have them add the bacon. So good. And kitchen was open late! Life saver last night.

I am doing keto so I couldn't enjoy the food for what it is, though I was able to order a salad and be good. The salad was actually very good, I've never had anything like it even though a salad is a salad. I went with a friend and her food looked marvelous, she enjoyed it too. It was very nice and I have no complaints! I would visit again.

If I could give more stars, I would. An absolutely amazing place for dinner! Highlights: the Gin Gin mule gin cocktail with lavender bitters ginger beer Chicken tenders an absolute must try Mac cheese was DIVINE! Got it with fried chicken thigh on top Our server Dylan was an absolute delight! Would recommend for a nice night out at St. Augustine!!
