Auntie Anne's - St. Augustine

Went to this store to get the 16pck mini cinnamons drove 30 minutes just for this and the cashier told me because the do not have cinnamons expired for more than 30 minutes they can’t sell me the 16pck box that I have to by one by one because they are not expired, WTH so she told me they sell expired food with the boxes.. what such a bad store

Excellent small pretzel with the added bonus of live music on the outdoor patio!

I liked this place because they have a variety of baked goods inside, frozen drinks outside, and live music.

Came in for some pretzels and cinnamon bons bites today.Staff is not very friendly at all and feels like your rushed to pick your food even though we were the only people there.Food was alright but atmosphere not so much.Most stores in St. Augustine feel welcoming and great you

Had no problem laughing and having a wonderful time with employees but didn 't have any customer service when it came to paying customers asked if I wanted my cinnamon roll heated first off who wants a cold cinnamon roll. Still cold by the way. Then I paid $4 for a fountain drink but nothing anyone in the building says no refills but yet employee was filling other drinks. I 've been to other places even in the area gave free refills. Don 't bother buying a $4 fountain drink you can 't even get a refill. So for the customer service I give a ? and freshness of my product was ?. The fact there isn 't a sign that says no free refills which should be placed.
