Unfortunately, our experience was soured by a disruptive customer named Karen who shouted and verbally abused the waitress, arrogantly claiming to be a chef and criticizing her work. It would be best for the restaurant to remove customers like Karen in the future to avoid unnecessary trouble and maintain a pleasant dining environment.
If you have been to Nando's then you won't find anything different here. Nothing special but enjoyable all the same.
If you visit Nando's, you won't find anything exceptional here. The menu is nothing extraordinary, but the food is edible.
The first time that I have ever been greeted by a table with menus on the table, so that they jumped over the table and asked if I had already been in Nandos before then, as said yes, well then it was him. No welcome smile. Only one person who could no longer be interested in being in her work. Left without food and said the person that they needed to increase their game with their greeting from guests and made sure that the manager heard us say the only reason we didn't stay was their attitude. It cannot be Michelin, but still expects a courtesy greeting and a smile and the menus to be put on the table
We waited an hour for food because there was a problem with gas that is completely understandable, but when the food arrived, it was cold. The staff was nice, especially Rachel? She was very apologetic. Because we paid in front of the nose, nothing was dome to correct the situation. Disappoint... everywhere.
