Been coming here for years ... every time we go to the West Edmonton Mall! Super yummy!!!

If you’re disabled, do not expect to be treated as a human being. This was an absolutely condescending experience. I am a wheelchair user and I had my able-bodied husband with me. I went up to the guy. Told him I’d like 2 Cinnabons. And he completely disregarded me and asked my standing husband if he wanted 4 for 3. I said no, ignored me, then he waited for my husband to respond. Everything I said was completely ignored and he only responded to my husband. I pulled out my wallet and paid. And he still asked my husband if he wanted the receipt. The man did not even look at me. I was the customer, and he treated me as if I couldn’t speak for myself. It’s not like I was speaking quietly nor do I sound any different than any able-bodied person. Never had an issue ordering myself before. He was an extremely ableist displeasure. Absolutely disgusting behaviour

One of the better places in the mall to enjoy a coffee

Pecan Roll at Cinnzeo was a refreshing experience. Relaxing location within west edmonton mall right next to the ship. Pair up the roll with a hot beverage of your choice and it creates a near perfect dessert. Staff is super friendly. Recommended

Delicious food and a nice seating area that has a great view of the lake.Prices have certainly gone up recently but at least the portions haven't shrunk.I love coming here for a quick snack because the lines are usually shorter than the nearby Phase 3 food court.Dietary restrictions: Not much for you here.
