Booster Juice - St. Andrew's Parish

My friend and I are at this location almost every day and have never experienced the bad service we have received today ever. We purchased our drinks Saturday may 13th and our drinks tasted like nothing but yogurt. When we mentioned it today the young girls stared blankly at us then told us our total for our order. We didn’t get an apology or thank you, have a good day. They said absolutely nothing. We work retail and know that’s unacceptable. You just might have lost our business.

This location is great! Super fast service. Not too busy. Delicious smoothies. All around good time

Every time we go there they are pit of fruits or there machine is broken this happens for 2 weeks now we stop going there

I walk into the shop, order shake, say no to the yogurt or honey, and was told the extra add ons are free with the shake. Wait, no, only get one add on free. Then hand me the card reader, with the screen asking how much of a tip am I giving! Um , you want a tip for a walk in standing at the counter for an overpriced low quality whey shake. Tips are for great service. Or at least being served. Not for standing across from me at a counter in some store that needs to be cleaned. 9 bucks? For this? Abd have to navigate around to figure out how to opt out of being coerced into a tip. If it was 5 bucks, I'd think okay, whatever, but 9 bucks leaves me feeling like I was violated abd then left . My gym makes real high quality whey protein shakes for 5 bucks after training and they taste amazing. This tasted like bleh. You got my 10 dollar's and you will never ever have me step foot in any of your booster stores again. Booster is a good name. Cuz I just got robbed.

Front counter lady was extremly rude and ignorant to me. Also this place seems to think they are above the law and have the right to force someone to wear a mask even if they have medical reason (and a note even the hospital didn't refuse); stating they have no exceptions and refuse your patronage. I will never step inside another booster juice again because no one has there right to belittle me and make me feel bad because I can't wear a mask due to medical reasons.
