Tim Hortons - St. Albert

I started coming to this Tim's on a more frequent basis all because of this sweetheart of a deal named Delores-what a gem for personality. She's always showing her compassion for the people she serves, when getting their trust immediately. No doubt about it, she's always on time with a nice warm smile, service that most rivals wouldn't come close to mastering like she does and to sum the rest of this in a nutshell, I realize the foosd here is great and all that, but what makes this place greater is Delores for who she is and in my books without that big heart that greets me from behind that counter when ever I come through these doors . . .she's the one that actually keeps me coming back for more! Margaret a seasoned veteran is nice to This place for afternoon weekday service gets my vote for 5 out of 5 Delorese's

I had an awful experience here. The server asked me three times to repeat order and there was still numerous errors in order. Frustrating when they are not paying attention , multi tasking to your detriment and not asking for help if they need it.

You always stand in line, coffee is hot and donuts are fresh in the morning. Towards the end of the day not so much. Sandwiches and soup are good!

I had the Chilli, it was not to spicy, served hot, and had a really good taste. This Cilli will not upset your stomach and contains all the usual ingredients of good Chilli. I followed it up with a Apple fritter and a hot chocolate which were also vey tasty. The service was quick and the people pleasant.

Do not go to this site if you are ever in a rush, they are the slowest of slow people. Drive thru should be a max of 35 sec. but not this place. I have waited in Drive Thru for a freaking coffee for 15min. Got up to the window
