The Chopped Leaf - St. Albert

I had an amazing experience! The staff was exceptionally patient and professional. I really appreciated how carefully they packed the food for takeout. I can't wait to place another order from this restaurant. Thank you for a lovely dinner, and keep up the fantastic work!

The Moroccan soup was full of flavor and truly delightful. They have both small and regular sizes, and you have the option to add croutons if you'd like. When I dropped in for a quick snack, I was pleased to see plenty of seating available.

It was disappointing to feel as though my concerns were not taken seriously. As a loyal customer, it's disheartening to be treated in this way. I hope management pays attention to this issue, as the food is good, but the service could drive customers away.

Given how delicious the other Chopped Leaf locations in Edmonton are—Mayfield being my favorite—I had high hopes for this one. Unfortunately, both the food quality and customer service fell short. I paid $14 for a Chicken Wrap No. 6, and it was quite disappointing coming from this location. I've tried ordering here multiple times, but each experience has left me underwhelmed. When I spoke with the manager, she informed me that they had changed their menu, including modifications to the wrap, and suggested I keep this in mind. I really enjoy Chopped Leaf, but I won't be returning to the St. Albert location.

I visited this restaurant for the first time and received the wrong wrap. I had ordered a Mediterranean wrap but was given a Bangkok wrap instead. When I mentioned the mistake, they insisted that I had ordered incorrectly. On my second visit, I heard them announce “Mediterranean with chicken” when my order was ready, which was exactly what I had ordered, but when I checked, there was no chicken in it. I won't be returning to this location; it’s evident that they do not prioritize providing customers with the correct orders. It was frustrating to feel let down by their service. If you decide to eat here, I suggest checking your wrap before leaving to make sure they got it right.
