I arrived early, most likely being the first customer of the day. The staff was friendly, but unfortunately, all the tables were dirty, as if they hadn't been cleaned in days.
The food was amazing, and the staff was excellent, particularly Andrea, who expertly managed the service and was always attentive. It's a family-friendly place with a welcoming atmosphere for everyone!
You really can't go wrong with Starbucks. The staff is always great too!
This is not just a case of poor customer service; it demonstrates a lack of respect for customers and reflects badly on management. From what I've seen in other online reviews, it appears that this kind of service has been a recurring problem. It’s not my fault that the employee mixed up my order. Starbucks is already expensive, and opting for a dairy-free choice only increases the cost. People choose dairy-free options for legitimate reasons, not just to spend more money. To pay for a dairy-free drink that ends up being tainted with dairy after I had already returned it is incredibly frustrating. You've wasted my time and money, and as a result, you have lost a customer.
