Opa! - St. Albert

This OPA was good, but not like other locations. I ordered an Opa Platter and the potato was not well-cooked or soft. There were no Kalamata olives in the Greek salad, which is crazy to me! It's Greek salad, c'mon guys! And the rice was definitely not as seasoned and flavourful as I've had elsewhere. Both the Manning and the University of Alberta locations are better! I feel bad for my complaint because the lady at the counter was so nice! Good service, poor food.

I got the mega opa plater , half was through eating I noticed something odd when I moved it over it was the head of a bug which looked like a grasshopper head. I took food back as we ate in the parking lot and was maybe 20 min later . Cashiers were not overly nice about the whole experience of me having a bug in my food . I did get my money. Back thankfully.. they need to do better cleaning of their salads and this kind of thing can happen and for a customer eating the food it’s gross !
